The printout hides the editing panel and website, so you get just the weeks. Pin it up, tick off sessions as you go, and come back to rebuild it if dates or confidence change.
How the timetable is built
RevisionTimetable works through your calendar one day at a time, from the start date to the last exam. For each day it looks up how many hours you said you can study, divides that by the session length, and fills each session with the subject that needs it most at that moment. Need is a mix of three things: how weak you rated the subject, how close its exam is, and how much time it has already been given. A subject you rated 1 with an exam next week rises to the top quickly; one you rated 5 with an exam a month away still appears, just less often.
Two rules keep the plan realistic. A subject is never scheduled on or after its exam day, and the day before an exam gets an extra boost for that subject so your last session is fresh. Within a day, the same subject is not placed twice in a row when there is anything else to study, which gives you natural interleaving.
Why spacing and interleaving work
Research on learning consistently finds that spreading study over many days beats cramming, and that mixing related subjects or topics in one sitting improves recall in the exam, even though it can feel harder at the time. A timetable that rotates subjects and returns to each one every few days builds both habits without you having to plan them.
Making the plan work for you
Be honest about free hours. A plan that assumes four hours every school night will slip in the first week. Start with what you can really do, and add hours later if you find spare time. Re-rate confidence after mocks or past papers so the timetable shifts time toward the topics that need it. When you print, the editing panel is hidden and each week appears as a card with coloured sessions, so you can tick them off as you go. Your subjects, dates and hours are saved in this browser only and are never uploaded.
